Terms & Conditions
1. The Multi-Visit Pass ("MVP") provides the number of jump-session redemptions stated on the current MVP product page at the time of purchase.
2. The MVP is valid for the period stated on that product page. The current published validity is six months from the purchase date.
3. Up to four jumpers per session may redeem sessions from one MVP, provided that the pass contains a sufficient unused balance.
4. Each jumper and each booked session uses one redemption unless the applicable product description states otherwise.
5. MVP sessions are subject to park capacity and availability. Advance online booking is strongly encouraged.
6. MVPs cannot be redeemed during private events or facility-exclusive bookings; during announced blackout or maintenance periods; for parties, classes, camps or other special programmes unless expressly stated; together with another promotion unless expressly permitted; or after the pass expires.
7. Participants must book into an age-appropriate session. Amendments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked session, and no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the relevant redemption.
8. If the park is closed for a prolonged period because of maintenance, relocation, government direction or another reason, AMPED will extend the validity period by a period reasonably corresponding to the closure.
9. An MVP is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another product or cash, except where required by law.
10. Any complimentary items are limited to those stated on the applicable product page and have no cash value.
11. AMPED may suspend or refuse redemption where the pass has been obtained or used fraudulently or these Terms have been materially breached.
