Terms & Conditions
1. A Class Pass provides the number and type of class redemptions shown on its product page at the time of purchase.
2. Current published validity periods are six months from purchase for a 5-session Class Pass and twelve months from purchase for a 10-session Class Pass.
3. Up to four students per session may redeem classes from one Class Pass, provided that the pass contains a sufficient unused balance.
4. Each student booked into a class uses one redemption.Classes must be booked in advance using the designated Class Pass ID and booking method.
5. Class places, schedules, instructors and facilities are subject to availability and may change because of events, operational requirements or facility availability.
6. Class Pass holders cannot access the facility or redeem classes during private events or facility-exclusive bookings unless AMPED expressly confirms otherwise.
7. Amendments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before a class, and no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the relevant redemption.
8. If classes or the park are unavailable for a prolonged period because of maintenance, relocation, government direction or another reason, AMPED will extend the affected Class Pass validity by a reasonably corresponding period.
9. A Class Pass is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another product or cash, except where required by law.
10. Class coaching, progression and completion of any skills are participant-dependent. AMPED does not guarantee that a student will achieve a particular skill or level.
